22 years ago today we were married in the Salt Lake Temple. This is my favorite picture at the temple because it was a candid shot. We were hurrying to get pictures taken and trying to find good spots. There were 50 weddings that day and everywhere you turned there were brides, grooms, and tons of families. I wouldn't be surprised if someone accidentally ended up in the wrong photo. Anyway, we had a wedding lunch at the Riverboat. I don't even think it's there anymore. I can't even remember what we had to eat. Our reception was also there. We had little napkins with cars on them. Mike chose that design because our first date ever we were in a car accident. I know we had eclairs at the reception but I'm not sure what else. Our reception was supposed to be over at 9 but at almost 10pm people were still coming. We spent the first night at the Little America and then our honeymoon was at a family cabin near Duschene. We took 4 wheelers up there and fished. We ended up coming home early because we both had allergies so bad we were so miserable. Now, 22 years later we still have allergies and laugh about the non-exotic honeymoon we had. I'm just happy to say that after all this time we are still in love. I can't wait to see what the next 22 years and more will bring us.

SpLiSh SpLaSh!
Remember the days of the little plastic pool? It didn't matter what size it was, it was just nice to have something to cool off in. Well, it's heating up here. Without a lot of $$$$$ to spend, we opted to get the above ground pool. Apparently it doesn't matter how big or how small because the kids' friends were more than excited to come on over for a "dip". They have been swimming all day. Thanks goodness kids are easy to please. Oh, let's not forget I did buy an air mattress so I could get a little use out of it too:)
